I have been attending pilates classes with Gill for over 8 years. They continue to be a wonderful, positive and rewarding experience that have helped me to develop my flexibility, fitness and overall sense of well being.
Attending the weekly sessions continue to provide me with a refuge, a place of tranquility and some well earned me time in my hectic schedule.
Gills gentle relaxing presentation and instruction transports me to favourite places that I only imagined visiting. In this magical relaxed enviroment both my fitness, flexibility and technical ability has improved greatly in a gradual painless way almost as a by-product of these therapeutic sessions but don’t take my word for it why not give it a try I am sure you wont be disappointed.
